Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging, and not worn or used. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at sales@cdfashions.com to initiate the return process, and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

There are certain items that cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about returning your specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the original item and then purchase the new item separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
